    4-5 potatoes, boiled and mashed
    ½+1 tbsp cup desi ghee
    ½ cup sugar to taste
    ½ tsp cardamom powder
    few strands of kesar, soked in milk
    ½ cup milk
    2 tbsp mawa/ khoya
    2 tbsp chopped dry fruits( raisin, pistachio, almond and cashewnuts)

How To Make

In a pan put 1 tbsp ghee and roast the dry fruits. Now transfer the dry fruits in a plate. In the same pan put the ½ cup of ghee, when the ghee start melting , add the mashed potato and cook for 1 minute on low-medium heat, stiring continuously. Now add the milk, kesar and mawa and stir continuously for 1 minute on low-medium heat. Now add the sugar and 1 tbsp dry fruit and green eliachi powder and mix well , stir continously. When the mixture seems in a thick consistency as in the form of halwa. Switch off the flame. Transfer the halwa in serving dish and garnish with roasted dry fruits. Serve hot.Roast the dry
