    250 gm maida
    2 tsp baking powder

    1 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla essence

    4 tbsp cocoa powder
    250 gm butter
    250 gm powdered sugar

How To Make

In a large bowl sieve the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder 3 to 4 times, and keep aside. Grease a round cake tin and keep aside.
In another bowl mix together the butter and powdered sugar , and beat with an electronic beater till light and fluffy. Now add the egg one by one and beat well. Now add vanilla essence and mix.
Mean while preheat oven to 180 degree.
  Now fold the flour and cocoa mixture in the egg mixture, two to three spoons at a time, using  a little of milk to make a smooth batter, mix with spatula. Now pour the batter in the cake tin and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Now insert a tooth pick in the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, cake is ready, if not, then bake the cake for another 2 to 4 minutes.
 Keep the cake in the microwave for 25 to 25 minutes  in the microwave.
After 20 minutes remove from oven and serve. Serve with chocolate sauce.
