    1 ½ cup dessicated coconut
    1 tbsp rose syrup or rooh afza
    1/2 cup condensed milk
    ¼ tsp Green eliachi powder
    1 tsp ghee
    1 ½ cup dessicated coconut : 1 1 tbsp rose syrup or rooh afza: 1 1/2 cup condensed milk: 1 ¼ tsp Green eliachi powder: 0 1 tsp ghee: 1 : 0

How To Make

In a deep heavy bottom vessel add the ghee, and in low flame add all the ingredients and keep stirring it until the mixture starts leaving the edges of the pan. Don`t over cook it. Transfer it to a bowl. Grease your palms with some ghee and when it cools down a little make the ladoos from this mixture, and roll  them in  the dessicated coconut and arrange them in a plate. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set. Serve  and  store  in a air tight container.
