    15 papdi
    1 cup curd
    ½ tsp roasted jeera, coarsely grounded
    Salt to taste
    red chilli powder to taste.
    1 potato, boiled and cut into small cubes
    tamarind chutney
    1 tbsp pomegranate pearls
    2 tbsp sev
    1 tsp fresh chopped coriander

How To Make

In a bowl beat the curd well. Arrange the papdi on a serving dish. Spread potatoes on it nicely. Now spread curd on the papdi nicely.Sprinkle roasted jeera, red chilli powder to taste and salt on it. Now spread tamarind chutney to taste . Top up with sev, pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
