    Fresh bread slices,medium size
    1 cup malai
    ½ cup semolina/ suji
    1 tomato chopped
    1 onion chopped
    1 small green capsicum, chopped
    Red chilli powder to taste
    Salt to taste
    Oil to cook

How To Make

In a large bowl add semolina, malai salt to taste and red chilli powder to taste and mix well. Now add chopped onion, chopped tomato and capsicum and mix well.
 
Heat the tava on low flame. Mean while apply the batter on one side of the bread and shallow fry on tawa with oil from both sides till golden brown  and crispy.
Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
