    2 cups paneer, grated
    1 cup malai
    few strands of kesar
    2 tbsp cashew nuts
    ½ tsp green eliachi powder
    a pinch yellow color
    1 cup powdered sugar or to taste
    1 tbsp pistachio, chopped

How To Make

In a bowl mix saffron in 1 tbsp milk and keep aside. In a deep heavy bottom vessel place the malai ,stirringly continuously,for 5 minutes. When the malai completely melted, add grated paneer to it and stirring it again constantly. When the mixture looks thick, mix , eliachi powder,saffron  to the mixture. Now add yellow color  in the mixture. Stir the mixture  continuously until it turns very thick in consistency.Take out mixture in a plate and when it cools down a little, add powdered sugar , chopped cashew nuts and mix with the mixture.
Take little amount of mixture at a time, shape it into round Ladoos and keep them on a plate. Decorate with pistachios and serve.
