    250 gm mawa
    100gm powdered sugar
    ½ tsp green eliachi powder
    1 drop yellow color
    100 gm powdered cashewnut
    Few strands of kesar, soaked in 2tbsp milk

How To Make

In a nonstick pan roast the mawa with eliachi powder and kesar milk on medium-low flame. When the mawa roasted completely add the yellow color and mix well , remove from flame and let it cool for few minutes.
Now add in the mixture, powdered sugar and powdered cashewnut. Mix the mixture well and make a soft dough. Now divide the dough into equal portions and make balls in the form of tikki. Garnish the mawa kesar batti with chopped cashewnuts and green eliachi powder and serve.
