    2 cups paneer
    1 cup mawa
    2 tbsp cashew nuts
    ½ tsp green eliachi powder
    A pinch yellow color
    Sugar to taste
    few strands of kesar

How To Make

In a bowl mix saffron in 1 tbsp milk and keep aside. In a deep heavy bottom vessel place the mawa ,stirringly continuously, for 5 minutes. Now add grated paneer to it and stirring it again constantly.
Now add  sugar, cook till sugar dissolves and the mixture turns thick.When the mixture looks thick, mix , eliachi powder,saffron  to the mixture. Now add yellow color  in the mixture. Stir the mixture continuously until it turns very thick in consistency.Take out mixture in a plate and when it cools down a little, add powdered sugar , chopped cashew nuts and mix with the mixture.Take little amount of mixture at a time, shape it into round Ladoos and keep them on a plate. Decorate with pistachios and serve.
