    1 cup suji/ rava
    1 cup sugar
    ¼ tsp green eliachi powder
    2 tbsp chopped (cashew nuts, almonds, raisin )
    25 gm fresh coconut,Grated
    25 gm ghee
    25 ml milk

How To Make

In a deep heavy bottom vessel add 1 tbsp ghee and  roast the dry fruits in ghee. Now roast the coconut in another 1 tsp ghee,  till the aroma starts coming out, and keep the dry fruit and coconut aside.
In another pan add the remaining ghee and roast the Rava on low flame till its well roasted and aroma starts coming out, off the flame. Now mix all the dry fruits, coconut, sugar , eliachi powder, and mix well. Now add little by little Warem milk to the mixture.Check if you are able to gather as balls. When you find that the milk you add , is enough for the ladoos, put the vessel on the flame again and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame. Now off the flame.Let the mixture set and cool for 3 to 4 minutes. Then immediately make  laddoos and serve.
