    Fresh bread slices, white or brown, cut into triangler shape
    For the batter:
    1 cup besan
    A pinch hing
    1 onion thinely chopped
    2 green chillies, chopped
    1 tsp garlic paste
    1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, choppedf
    Red chilli powder and salt to taste
    Fresh water
    Oil to cook

How To Make

In a large bowl add besan, onion, chopped coriander, green chillies, garlic paste,red chilli powder, and salt to taste, hing and mix well. Now add water little by little and make a medium consistency batter.
Now heat 1 tsp oil in a tava or frying pan. Now dip the bread in the batter and coat the bread evenly with the batter. Now immediately place the coated bread slice on the tava and cook from both sides, using little sufficient oil.
Now cook the remain bread slices as above. Now transfer the bread slices in a serving plate. Sprinkle some chat masala on it. Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney.
